Final Bulletin for SUSY08

Dear SUSY08 participants, 

This is the final bulletin before the SUSY08 conference.


+++ CONFERENCE PROGRAM

The plenary program will be uploaded by Thursday midnight (local time).
Apology for the delay in the announcement of the final program.

The parallel program is already uploaded. 
Because some talks have been cancelled after the conveners finalized the programs, 
the final program on the web is slightly diffent 
(especially for the session P3 and P6). 
Please check once more your talk schedules. 

Please notice that there are several invited 30 min's talks 
in the sessions P2, P3 and P5, which were organized by the conveners.

The registration desk will open on 

June 15 (Sun): Conference Hall 307 (the 3rd floor of the COEX)
               15:00 - 20:00 

June 16 (Mon)-21 (Fri) : Conference Hall 401 (Lobby) (the 4th floor)
               08:30 - 18:00

+++ FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTELS

The Line 600 bus or the KAL LImousin (Route 3 B) bus stop directly in front of 
Hotel Ramada Samsung (this is different from Ramada Rennaissance),
COEX Intercontinental, Grand Intercontinental, Best Western Gangnam. 
You can take the KAL Limousine at the Gate 4B or 11A of 
the Incheon International Airport. The fare is 14,000 KRWs. 

For other places, one possibility is to take a bus to City Air Terminal (close to 
the COEX), and then take a taxi from CIty Air Terminal. There could be other ways,
and please check with the hotel homepages.

+++ HOW TO REACH THE CONFERENCE HALL (Grand Conference Room, Conference Hall 401):

The plenary sessions will be held in "Conference Hall 401", 
which is located at the 4th floor of the COEX. 
The official name of this room is "The Grand Conference Room", but sometimes
it is called Conference Hall 401, which could confuse you.

It is best to access the COEX building through the North, the West or 
the East Gates. 
Once you enter the COEX building, go to the southeast corner of the builing,
and find escalators to the 4th floor. 
You follow the sign "COEX Reservation office" or "COEX Conference Center".
We will place some banners at several places in the COEX building, 
with direction to the conference venue. 

(1) From the North Gate of COEX :
if you enter through the north gate, turn left and walk along the corridor 
far down to the southeast corner, until you see the East Gate 
from the inside of the building. 

When you see the East gate on your left, you will see a long corridor and 
escalators on your right. You take the escalator upto the 4th floor, 
and you will find out the Conference Hall 401.

(2) From the East Gate of COEX :
if you enter through the East Gate, go straight a few steps, and 
you will see the escalator on your left. 
You take the escalator upto the 4th floor, and you will find out
the Conference Hall 401. 

(3) From the West Gate of COEX : 
if you enter through the West Gate, go straight to the east direction, 
almost to the opposite side of the building, and take the escalator to the 4th floor,
and you will find out the Conference Hall 401.


Warning: If you go to the underground floor of the COEX Mall, you will be easily lost.  
We strongly recommend you enter through the 1st floor for your first journey 
to the Conference Hall 401.
